What a great way to finish up our 2024 summer swim season! Thursday we were thrilled to host our friends from the Waverly Area Aquatics Club for an exciting dual meet- we are greatful for your partnership WAAC! What a fun and memorable weekend at the 48th UNAC Sertoma Invitational Swim Meet! A great many fast swims, new team records, and several outstanding awards received by the STAQ athletes- a few highlights: Eddie Sun won the 2nd place high-point award for the boys age 8 and under! Great things come from stepping outside of your comfort zone! STAQ swimmers conquered the 50-meter long course today at the Niagara Super Circuit #3 in Webster, NY! That's a full olympic-sized pool! A shout-out to our Novice swimmers Jackson Fang and Ellis Wilken for braving the full long course 50-meter distance in their events!
