A weekend of fast racing for Shoonfon Li at Mark Braun Fall Classic in Geneva, OH. Shoonfon came in 2nd in the 400 IM, 3rd in the 200 breast with a PR of 2:05.93 and a 100 PR of 59.82 in prelims, then wrapped it up with 3rd in the 200 back taking it out in a PR of 53.74. Way to represent Southern Tier Aquatics in another state! We are so proud of you, Shoonfon!

An emotional weekend for the STAQ swimmer Angie McKane competing in New York State Girls Swimming and Diving Championship in Webster, NY. Angie took two State and Federation Champion titles in 50 free (22.92) and 100 fly (53.41), earned Automatic All-American in both events, re-broke Section IV records in both events, almost matched Section IV record in 100 free (51.02 vs 51.01), was voted an Outstanding Competitor of the meet and won the Scholar Athlete Award.
