Upcoming Stroke School Clinic!

You asked- and we listened! Introducing the first ever STAQ Stroke School Clinic!

At STAQ, we are committed to meeting the needs of our community.  After receiving numerous requests for a specialized swimming clinic focused on stroke improvement, we decided to make it happen! 

The first-ever Stroke School Clinic is tailored to the swimmers who are comfortable putting their head in the water and can float on front and back without assistance.  Led by our experienced instructors, each session will focus on key techniques to improve your swimmers stroke efficiency and power.  Participants will receive personalized instructions to address specific areas of improvement.   Our lessons are tailored to swimmers of different levels and aim to enhance the swimming skills in a fun and supportive environment. 

To ensure personalized attention, spaces are limited.  To register, please visit our website at www.staquatics.org and click on the Registration tile.  Please scroll down towards the bottom of the page until you see the Stroke School Clinic registration link.  The Stroke School Clinic will be offered on July 21-25, 2025 and August 11-15, 2025.  Session 1 runs 12:00pm – 1:30pm and Session 2 runs 2pm-3:30pm.  Cost $150.
