Stroke School 2024 Winter Session

We are happy to announce that registration is open for the Winter session of our Stroke School! Please note the day change to Sunday mornings to accommodate the busy winter swim meet schedules, and the location change to the Corning-Painted Post Middle School (35 Victory Highway, Painted Post NY 14870), where the water is warmer! If you have questions, please feel free to reach out, or if you know anybody who may be interested in giving this a try- see the attached flyer!
